Une vue exceptionnelle, la cuisine d'extérieur était parfaite pour nous. Le seul plus qui pourrait être fait, c'est une climatisation dans les chambres.C'est exactement ce que j'attendais en réservant cette Villa

Typisch Spanisches Haus, etwas älter bräuchte Erneuerung

Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon des Hauses. Dank seiner Hanglage war schnell zum Laden laufen oder spazieren nicht möglich. Leider sehr viele Treppen im Haus und in der Anlage zum Pool. Weniger geeignet für Familien mit Kleinkinder und ältere Leute. Die Treppen sind mühsam, da sie unterschiedlich lang und stark sind. Der Pool war ein Salzwasser Pool, was nicht angegeben war. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Einiges blieb von den Vorgänger liegen. Duschen an den Fugen komplett dick verschimmelt. Abfluss in den Bädern stanken furchtbar, öffnete man die Türen zog dies durchs ganze Haus. Einige Türen waren nicht mehr abzuschließen, Türgriff im Bad war kaputt. Platz war leider für 6 Personen im Haus wenig, ist eher klein gehalten. Das unschöne, im Schlafzimmer stand eine Kiste für die Kinder Problemlos zu öffnen, darin Rattenfallen mit Rattengift. Kontaktperson war zum Ende nicht mehr zu erreichen. Nach 6 Anrufen kam nicht mal ein Rückruf.

Villa Blossom - Schöne klassische Ferienvilla

Wir haben die Villa Blossom in Lloret de Mar über Clubvillamar gebucht. Buchung, Zahlungsmodalitäten, Checkin und Checkout haben problemlos funktioniert. Das Haus ist eine sehr schöne klassische Katalonische Ferienvilla und besitzt alle Annehmlichkeiten wie in der Beschreibung. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Durch die Bauweise sind die Temperaturen in den Schlafzimmern aber auch im Juli erträglich. Die Lage am Hügel in Lloret de Mar ist sehr ruhig, von Teenager-Parties bleibt man hier weitestgehend verschont und geniesst eine tolle Aussicht. Ein Highlight ist der überdachte Sitzplatz mit Aussenküche und Grillplatz. Nachdem die Villa am Hang gebaut ist, ist sie naturgemäss nicht barrierefrei. Zu Fuss sind es 15-20min ins Zentrum zu den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Auto ist also ein Muss. Parken vor dem Haus ist auch mit 2 Autos problemlos möglich. Das Haus und der Garten sind in einem gepflegten Zustand, der Pool wird auch regelmässig gewartet. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Ausstattung des Hauses mit Alltagsgegenständen. So gab es im ganzen Haus z.B. nur 1 Geschirrtuch und keine Müllsäcke. Auch banale Dinge wie Salz und Gewürze fehlten, die wir in anderen Häusern immer vorfanden und dann selbst nach Bedarf auffüllten und den Nachmietern überliessen. Bei der Sauberkeit in der Küche gibt es noch Luft nach oben. Die Preise für die Nebenkosten wie Endreinigung und Bettwäsche ist gefühlt hoch. Das Haus ist insgesamt aber sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden (werden) es wieder buchen.

Mooi !!!

De villa voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Het uitzicht is fantastisch en de omgeving rustig, dit itt tot het drukke Lloret de Mar. De tuinman kwam twee keer per week de tuin en zwembad doen, dat was ook wel nodig gezien de vele planten en bloemen. We hebben genoten dat zeker. Je moet bij deze villa wel goed ter been zijn, want het zijn behoorlijk veel trappen. Een auto erbij is een aanrader. De omgeving is vrij steil om te belopen. Of je moet niet in de heetste tijd van het jaar er zijn en een goede work-out dagelijks willen.
