Personnel accueillant ... Chambre propre malgré une literie déplorable, Chasse des wc qui ne fonctionne pas.. Isolation phonique à revoir. Le repas du réveillon est cher , on a eu droit a un buffet pour 250 personnes..avec une attente d une heure avant de ce servir...déplorable

A besoin d'un beau coup de jeune

L'hôtel est bien situé, le personnel agréable et la propreté irréprochable mais le responsable de l'hôtel devrait penser à mettre un petit coup de peinture dans cet établissement, changer le mobilier ou le peindre et surtout surtout changer la literie une véritable horreur on n'a pas le droit de faire dormir les gens dans ces conditions..Les chambres sont peu spacieuses ainsi que la salle de bain mais bon au tarif pratiqué ça va La wifi ne fonctionne pas Sinon le petit déjeuner est copieux

Nice elegant old style 3 star hotel

Nice elegant old style 3 star hotel. Had a lovely 4 night stay there, very relaxing and quiet stay as there were rather few guests at this time of year. Staff was lovely and the buffet was good although rather small. The only thing I could complain about was the toilet. It had electric flushing system and if the electricity went off you had to use the old bucket method of flushing! Now I have changed my doorbell sound at home, when the postman calls my doorbell flushes! Reminds me of lovely Mercedes.

In plaats van een wake up call kwam men aankloppen en weggaan, terwijl ik niet wakker was. Gekookte ei was bedorven, geen mayonaise en patat was niet echt vers

Nous avons l eau chaude au bout de 10 mn personne nous a prevevenu J ai du aller voir l accueil pour le savoir Probleme de parking, nous avons une voiture break ,l hotel vous loue la place de parking15 euros par jour et avec une grande voiture etant serreé j ai du sortir par la porte arriere Castastrophique Le diner ,une fois qu il n y avait plus de frites ou de poulet ,tant pis pour les autres Hotel bruyant le soir comme le matin Je n irai plus

Hotel vieux. Je ne le conseille pas !

10 nuits en demi-pension dans un hôtel 3 étoiles qui pour moi, a un confort d'un hôtel 2 étoiles. La nourriture n'est pas bonne. C'est toujours la même chose et de mauvaise qualité. Le café du matin est imbuvable, le chocolat est fait avec de l'eau, le jus de fruit, c'est de la poudre avec de l'eau et le goût des aliments est très médiocre. Dans la chambre, il y a la climatisation qui date des années 70 et qui prend la moitié du balcon ! Quand on la met, on a l'impression d'avoir un moteur d'avion sur le balcon ! Pas de chance pour nous, c'est sur notre balcon qu'elle était installée, donc quand le voisin d'à côté met sa clim, c'est nous qui devons supporter le bruit ! Les matelas ne sont pas de qualité, on sent les ressorts ! Le sol du hall est glissant lorsqu'il est mouillé. J'en ai fais les frais en me retrouvant au sol ! Personne ne m'a demandé comment j'allais le lendemain alors que j'aurais pu me faire très mal ! Un seul ascenseur pour 6 étages où l'on peut mettre au maximum 3 personnes adultes (sans bagages). Le seul truc bien, c'est son emplacement. Pas très loin de la mer et à côté du centre ville. Un parking payant à 12 € par jour (dans un garage). Cher mais appréciable car c'est très compliqué de garer sa voiture à Lloret et surtout très cher à la journée.

J'ai passé deux nuits dans cet hotel pas loin de la plage & dans le centre de Lloret de Mar tout proche du Casino . Chambre propre & climatisée avec un grand balcon . Petit déjeuné copieux . Grand lit sympa mais grince

Las habitaciones muy descuidadas, el desayuno pésimo. El personal eso sí, muy amable. La puerta de la ducha no se cerraba, un hilo de agua sin presión... para no volver...

Doppel Bett besteht aus zwei einzelbetten teilt sich von allein. Man kann das Fenster nicht kippen Fernseh ist zu klein und ganz weit montiert für die Größe, nur zwei Kanäle eine braucht kein Mensch und ein kinderkanal. Klimaanlage genau gegenüber das Bett montiert. im Badezimmer ist das Wasser entweder zu heiß oder kalt und ganz wenig läuft das Wasser, Wc läuft ganze Zeit.Wasserhahn voll kalk, Frühstück Ist katastrophal umlett mit Eierschale, Saft ist einfach Wasser mit Brausepulver, Kein Parkplatz vor der Tür auch nicht für kurz anhalten, damit man mindestens an die Information alles erledigt. Also nie wieder

Séjour très brouillant

Impossible de trouver une place pour se garer pour commencer obliger de prendre le parking 11€ ensuite hotel très bruyant nourriture passable trop de bruit la nuit et le jour nous irons ailleurs la prochaine fois
