"We really loved staying here! The apartment was just perfect: small but with everything you might need, comfortable, cosy, clean and private. The location is also really nice: a nice quiet town with a beach and some restaurants and a really good bakery. The car can be parked in front of the apartment. The hosts are the nicest people, we immediately felt at home! If we ever return to Mallorca we’ll definitely stay here again 😊"

Kitchen was well equipped which was handy as there was only one restaurant open in Cala Santanyi while we were there in March. Good sized fridge. "Check in process wasn't the best because we originally had the reservation for 2 adults 2 kids and then tried to change it to 3 adults and 3 kids but weren't able to until we got to the hotel. The lady at the front desk was helpful but didn't make us feel very welcomed. Our 2 bed - 1 bath apartment was spacious but very old. Breakfast was great and for a reasonable price (my favorite part of the stay). The only bad part was one of the waiters didn't like us for whatever reason and would ignore us every time we were in his section. The hotel is located next to Cala Pi and that alone makes it worth the stay. If you walk down to the end of the road you can see the full view of the ocean and it's magnificent. We didn't use the pool or other hotel amenities so I can't comment on that. I would recommend staying here but with some reservations."

"Overall, I had a good experience and no major issues during my stay, and I would consider returning given the value for money. On arrival, I was allowed to pre-check in as I arrived early, although the room was not available yet, which was fine. However, staff at reception could have been more attentive, as I was initially not given a meal card for my stay. The room was basic but sufficient for my needs. None of the TV channels were working, which didn’t affect me personally but could be an issue for other guests. The main drawback was the lack of soundproofing — noise from surrounding rooms and corridors was very noticeable. There is a safe in the room, but it costs €5.50 per day for the key, payable in cash only, which felt inconvenient compared to card payments elsewhere. The requirement, along with a disclaimer about no responsibility for valuables not stored in the safe, felt a bit unnecessary. The hotel is in a convenient location with shops nearby and around an 8-minute walk to the beach. It is also well connected via a direct bus route from the airport. Dining options nearby are mostly casual kebab-style restaurants rather than more authentic local cuisine. Facilities were adequate: a simple pool area and a small bar serving food and drinks (not included in the stay). Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold options, including coffee and juice. Dinner was more basic, buffet-style with limited authenticity, but still tasty. Drinks not included."

"Had a wonderful stay, can’t understand the star rating. Staff were super helpful and attentive, room had everything needed and was very clean. Pool was nice enough - not the biggest pool but fine for us. Location was great, shops nearby and beach so close to- easy to navigate. Breakfast was also really lovely and fresh"

"Un très bon hôtel pour un séjour proche de Palma. Le rapport qualité prix est très raisonnable. Le personnel est très agréable et l’hôtel en lui même est très beau. Le brunch le matin est assez diversifié tous les jours ce qui est agréable. Je conseille fortement cet hôtel ! Par contre il est quasi nécessaire de louer une voiture dans ce coin là puisque l’emplacement n’est pas très dynamique."

"It was a first time booking through Expedia and all was very efficient. The hotel was good, it has all I needed and more. Clean room, private bathroom, balcony, pool (haven’t used tbh I prefer the sea, but it was very well maintained and area kept clean. The staff was super helpful and reception works 24/7 so they are available in case of any emergencies. I red online that people had problem with ants, I kept some food on the top like bread and cheese but haven’t noticed any ants at all. Location is also great, reasonably close to the sea and super close the bus stops can take you anywhere around the island* (tap your bank card on entry and exist). * often you will need to change in Palma to another bus. Overall very good stay. I added rate good but not excellent due to noise. I’m guessing because it’s a good for budget it attracts many very young people which are focused on partying, and the walls are super thin, so better have earplugs of you have a light sleep."
