"I reserved a non-smoking room, but the room had a slight smell of cigarette smoke.
Since we had already brought in a lot of heavy luggage, I didn’t request a room change.
The bathroom curtain, in particular, smelled quite strongly of smoke.
Additionally, to use the laundry facilities, you need to request a key to the laundry room from the staff.
My children also wanted to swim in the pool, but it was closed and covered with a sheet.
I also stopped by the fitness room, but some of the equipment...
