不滿:整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
Upon arrival nobody will help us they sending everybody home due to a typhoon no receptionist place was so dirty looks like a ghost town no security I feel so unsafe end up look for another place to stay it was terrible experience especially I’ve been trying to connect with customer support at Expedia no help me to I for uncontrollable situations they should give consideration to reimbursed the it was a terrible experience already on our end I think Expedia should check or update the resort they offer before posting so that no one will experience the way we experience it was terrible
