“We were looking for a large house with 7 or 8 bedrooms in Long Branch for a small reunion of college friends. Houses with that many bedrooms can be hard to find so we were thrilled to find this one! Not only was it the perfect size and in the desired location, but it was newly renovated, in pristine condition, and absolutely beautiful. It was well-appointed and very comfortable with everything we could possibly want or need. Communication with the host was great; we contacted him with some……

“This is an adorable little cottage located adjacent to the owner's property in a very nice neighborhood that is only 6 blocks from the beach. It is very roomy inside - absolutely perfect for the two of us! The cottage is pristine and well-appointed. Oversized beach towels, terry robes and slipper socks were a very nice touch. The host is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely book this property if we travel to the area again.”

“Easy walks to local restaurants. The beach was nice. Enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs/loungers watching the activity on the water and on Sandy Hook’s bay beaches. Centrally located to a variety of things, including taking the Seastreak ferry into Manhattan. Appreciated the available parking for our rental car as grocery stores and such are a bit too far to walk. But it’s worth it to be on the beach. 😀. Thank you Dennis for creating this space.”

During our stay, we experienced noise from neighboring guests who didn't observe the quiet hours, and being on the ground floor, we could hear foot traffic from other guests throughout the night.”
