"The room was very clean, the hallways need a carpet refresh. Staff is very nice. They clean the room every 3 days, not a big deal for me because I was traveling solo for business.Lots of families so it can be loud in the hallways. Go to the Cantina restaurant nearby for excellent Mexican food."

"We had a wonderful stay at A Little Slice of Smoky Mountain Magic! The entire process was smooth and easy, from booking to check-in. The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the checkout instructions were simple and clearly explained. The location was perfect—just far enough outside of town to be peaceful and quiet while still being convenient to everything we wanted to do. We never had any issues with noise during our stay. It is a beautiful property with a beautiful home, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend A Little Slice of Smoky Mountain Magic to anyone visiting the Smoky Mountains!"

"We came with 2 of our children. The views were amazing. The house was beautiful inside and out. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was there was not much seating inside the house and only a picnic table on the deck for seating out there and now where to put your clothes had to live out of our suitcase for 8 days otherwise the place was great. Warning the beach area is close to a mile walk from the cabin and very hilly"

"We had a great stay! The cabin was very clean, and the host’s communication was excellent from start to finish. The heater in the pool wasn’t working when we arrived, but the host responded immediately and had someone there within an hour to fix it. We really appreciated how quickly the issue was resolved. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!"

"Overall a wonderful cabin that I would recommend and stay in again. The cabin wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, but Jason was responsive and got someone out there within a couple of hours. Mixups happen. Cabin was very clean and beds are firm but comfy. Internet was terrible and we couldn’t stream some days at all (tried resetting router and Internet and all that). Probably needs a speed upgrade. I know people have complained about this for years on reviews so I will chime in too … please put a ladder on the dock. It’s very hard to get out of water unless you are young and strong. Cabin shares some amenities like kayaks and paddleboat with next door, and guy renting there said there are two pontoon ladders behind the house that haven’t been installed. I loved staying here and hope we can do so again. Oh, it gets very dark here at night, like dark as in you can’t see anything, and I didn’t turn the lights on when I went to the car three feet from the porch, and a black bear was in the garbage can and scared the bejesus out of me. I literally was five feet away and would have walked into it if I had gone to the back of the car. So that was fun! When you go out at night put on the lights and be careful."

"This is a great spot for a couple. The cabin is very private. It's located in a cove so you can enjoy the lake in private. There was also a small one person canoe available. Great stay!"
