Fabulous location in a quiet town . The views are breathtaking and the owner is very welcoming

We stayed here in late September. The weather was good , sun and cloud and Warm! From this property you can walk on foot paths and the beach for miles. The views are spectacular and they are constantly changing . From the top floor you can see out to the ocean and many miles down the beach. The neighbourhood is quiet safe and friendly .we rode the bikes Myriam provided for miles along quiet roads and bike paths . The house is equipped with everything one needs and the sitting areas are modern and spacious.we highly recommend this property if you are looking for a vacation close to the beach! Thank you Myriam for being such a good host!

Villa idéalement située

Vacances très réussies dans cette villa très propre, confortable, très bien équipée, avec vue magnifique sur la mer. L'accès direct à la plage des sables blancs et la proximité de la mer a été propice pour pratiquer le paddle et le longe-côte, le sentier côtier pour nos randonnées pédestres et le jogging. Que du bonheurTrès bon accueil de Madame Lucas, la maison était fleurie avec une superbe orchidée et un bougainvillée, c'était super chaleureux.

Prachtig huis op mooie locatie.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad, hoewel we om gezondheidsredenen onze vakantie eerder moesten afbreken. Ook bij matig weer is de omgeving uitnodigend voor wandelingen en een bezoekje aan de omliggende haventjes.

Très belle maison spacieuse et idéalement située

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle villa. Nous étions 6 adultes, 2 enfants, 1 adolescente et 1 chien. Le grand salon au 1er étage a permis à chacun de trouver son endroit et la vue sur la plage y est magnifique. La maison est très bien placée pour rayonner dans ce joli coin de Bretagne. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôte Myriam. Attention toutefois car la propriété est bien close devant mais pas à l'arrière vers la plage pour les personnes qui veulent laisser leur chien vadrouiller dans le jardin. A part ce détail, rien à redire, tout est parfait. Nous recommandons cette belle villa.

Traumhafte Lage

Wir hatten das Objekt für 14 Tage gebucht und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Der Check-In verlief leider etwas zögerlich, da die Vermieterin unsere Anrufe (30 Min. vor Ankunft sollte man sich telefonisch ankündigen) nicht entgegennahm. Das Objekt sollte ab 16.00 Uhr übergabereit sein. Zu dieser Uhrzeit sind wir dann auch eingetroffen, das Objekt war jedoch noch nicht vollständig gereinigt, somit haben wir uns nach 8 Stunden Autofahrt erst mal an den Strand begeben. Nach einer knappen Stunde war das Objekt übergabebereit. Es war leider etwas ärgerlich, da man ja noch Einkaufen, Duschen, einfach ankommen möchte und die Supermärkte schließen ja um 20.00 Uhr. Die untere Etage ist mit einem Aufzug verbunden und mit einer Außentreppe. Wir waren zu zweit und haben nur die oberen Etagen genutzt. Aufgrund der hohen Außentemperaturen konnte man leider das 2. OG gar nicht nutzen, da es einfach zu aufgeheizt war. Es fehlen leider Außenrollos an den Panoramafenstern, um einen Hitze- und Helligkeitsschutz einzuräumen. Dort ist die Sonne von 11.00 Uhr bis 20.00 Uhr. Insgesamt war der Reinigungszustand für uns nicht ausreichend, da wir in den Schränken und Schublanden Schmutz und Krümel der Vormieter vorfanden. Auch gehört das Besteck erneuert, da es fleckig und von Flugrost befallen ist. Der ein oder anderen Küchenschrank ist defekt, eine Toilettenbürste in solch einem verdreckten und defekten Zustand, eine WC-Sitz angebrochen, so dass man sich wundert, warum dies nicht ausgetauscht wird

Ein wunderbares, großzügiges Haus

Tolles Haus mit zwei Schlafbereichen im Erdgeschoss und erster Etage. Die zweite Etage ist ein Wohnzimmer mit ausreichend komfortablen Polstermöbeln und Blick auf das Meer. In der ersten Etage ist neben dem Schlafbereich eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein großer Essbereich. Die Lage mit direktem Zugang zu einem riesigen Strand ist ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Autominuten in den umliegende Orten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der überaus freundliche Empfang und Verabschiedung. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür.

Entspannter Urlaub in Top-Lage und tollem Haus

Wir haben eine Woche mit unserem Hund dort verbracht und können sowohl die Vermieterin, das Haus als auch die Landschaft absolut empfehlen. Die Lage ist perfekt – keine 100m bis zum breiten und sehr schönen Sandstrand. Das Haus ist eingefriedet mit einigen „Schlupflöchern“ für die Hunde, aber für uns hat es gepasst. Die Vermieterin ist eine wirklich nette und zuvorkommende Person, welche jederzeit über SMS erreichbar ist. Als wir Probleme mit dem WLAN hatten, hat Sie dies umgehend gelöst. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig und auch für eine Großfamilie geeignet. Das Wohnzimmer im Dachgeschoss hat wegen der durchgehenden Glasfront (Schiebetüren) eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer. Der Fahrstuhl sorgt dafür, dass das Haus sozusagen „barriere-frei“ ist, eine wirklich gute Idee. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich komplett mit gutem Geschirr und Besteck – alles da. Auch an Elektrogeräten haben wir nichts vermisst. Die Kombination aus offener Küche und großem Essbereich ist ideal für eine Familie geeignet, wir waren allerdings nur zu zweit – jede Menge Platz. Mit direktem Zugang zur großzügigen Terrasse kann man bei gutem Wetter auch einfach draußen essen. In der Garage gibt es Fahrräder, eine Tischtennisplatte und noch mehr. Alle von uns benutzten Räume waren sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Bettwäsche war frisch aufgezogen. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus, guter Service und ein entspannter Urlaub!

Traumhaus direkt am Meer

Wir hatten mit 6 Kindern und 4 Erwachsenen (plus Hund!) traumhafte und erholsame Ferien in diesem wunderschönen Haus! Die Zimmer und Bäder sind so gut verteilt, dass man sich nicht auf die Füße tritt! Außerdem super: der Aufzug (unser Sohn ist gehbehindert und fand den Aufzug daher genial), der große Wohn- und Essbereich, die tolle Terrasse zum Essen und Relaxen und das Obergeschoss mit schönem Blick auf das Meer. Perfekte Lage - bis zum Meer sind es nur ein paar Schritte, so dass der Kaffee noch heiß ist, wenn man ihn mit an den Strand nimmt, um dort die Morgendämmerung zu genießen. Sehr nette Gastgeberin! Schöne Orte in der Umgebung, prima Fahrradstrecken!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

excellente situation de la maison, à 50 m d'une plage magnifique, de loin la plus belle du coin. Notre hôte nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Un délicieux far breton nous attendait à l'arrivée. Temps exceptionnel pendant notre séjour. Que du bonheur !
