The spacious living and dining room has a sofa suite with armchairs, satellite TV including German channels and a dining table with six chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. It also has another dining table with chairs. There is also a laundry room. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Upstairs comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, and a four-bed room (two single beds and a bunk bed) divided by a partition. Therefore a total of seven people can be accommodated.
The private bay by Horsö Brygga has a new and private mooring for the use of all guests. The property has its own ca. 1.5km stretch of coast and fishing rights. It is about an 800-metre walk along a path to the boat harbour, or along a country road. Fishing is permitted from the coast by boat without a fishing permit. Fishing or leisure boats can be hired from the owners for trips into the skerries. The forest if full of mushrooms and berries in season.
