Dirty was never made up then we had to go back and get keys for the another room they’re going to give us and then they said the next day we’ll have our suite walked up. The staff did not know nothing about it and then 20 minutes later they called and says all we got the suite ready but it’s upstairs and we’re just……

The beds were nicer than I expected. I couldn’t tell if the bathroom floor & shower/tub were run down or poorly cleaned.”
