"Horrible staff. No towels. Out dated rooms. 2 day stay with 2 athletes only one night worth of towels horrible trip"

"A great hotel room with thoughful amenities and features, I was impressed! Comfy bed, plenty of flat storage areas to set luggage, lots of counter space in the bathroom, good water pressure with nice showerhead, quality toiletries and good lighting in the bathroom, this one checks all the boxes for things that make for an enjoyable space away from home. The only negative I'd say is the door closers--if you don't hold onto it as the door closes, the doors will slam very loudly."

"Room very nice me and my wife is 2 hour away from the casino where we can go there for a half day and come back the same day but we look more forward staying at the hotel for a night then the casino because ever time we lose our money at the casino we still won because we get to go to a nice room for the rest of the night"

"After traveling 10 hours, I get to the hotel to find out my reservations wasn't paid for so I called my daughter who had made the arrangements. I was tired, I'm a senior citizen and I'm trying to figure out what was going on. After taking with my daughter and staff back and forth which was frustrating, my daughter went back through Expedia and made another reservation and this time the payment went through. The staff asked for my license a second time along with my debit card and I told her I just gave her my license and my daughter paid online so I don't have the debit card. My daughter was asking questions and the staff is talking and I'm tired so I said this is stupid. The staff said she cancelled my reservations that was just paid for and that she wasn't going to explain to me again why she needed my license and debit card. I ended up getting a really nice hotel somewhere else. You'd think staff would be a little understanding that travelers get tired after being on the road and cancelling reservations for saying this is stupid was extreme."

"The room was fine. The bathroom door was dragging on the floor so we were unable to close it completely. "

"Room stunk ,toilet was broken,light fittings broken and dangerous. Dirt all over ,the floor, paint hanging from ceiling, it was absolutely disgusting. Surely hotels are checked by authorities, are they not inspected."
