「Live Roaches in the room. Towels were small and thin. Lightbulb was flickering and the ice machine never worked. They gave me a small ziplock baggie with ice at the front desk 2 nights in a row.」

「So bad. I asked a non-smoke room and it still had strong smoke smell. Old, dirty, and not "really cheap". I never go to this hotel again, never!」

「Sold our room when we booked days in advance. Turned us away and didn’t try to help. We travel over 3 hours with our kids」

「Smelled like moth balls when you stepped inside the elevator had an extremely strong order of marajuania the room smelt stale and there literally cockroaches crawling on the wall after sleeping for 3 hours exhausted from being at hospital near by with my father. My 73 year old mother and I were furious told front desk I was only offered another room and said they can’t control who rents a room!!!」

「Staff was not very friendly, but perhaps this was due to the late hour of our arrival. The exterior of the model was not very clean, and there were a lot of crickets by the doors this time of year. This room was musty but running the air conditioner helped. Not the most comfortable place to stay.」
