The location was excellent. Walking distance to old town and right by the river that has a beautiful walking path along it. Also easy walking distance to Bodegas Francos Españolas Winery. The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze. There is onsite parking - your car gets its own elevator and designated space.

Quiet comfort in Logroño

Good-size comfortable room in modern hotel at edge of city. Easy walk into centre for pinchos/restaurants/museums. Helpful friendly staff. Interesting underground car park accessed by a lift. We used the on-site cafe to get a light breakfast.

A really great hotel!!

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Logroño. Very helpful staff. Secure parking for our motorcycles. Great room and breakfast. Very reasonable rates. Would highly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Modern hotel, near river & short walk to old town. Overnight parking at hotel €15 /day, but nearby street parking available even during September fiesta. Good location for visiting local bodega & Rioja wineries

The place was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice big lounge area. I enjoyed my stay and it is beautiful overlooking the river. It was quiet even though the street in front was busy. Blackout curtains are there if you need them. There was extra pillows and blankets if needed but I didn’t. I liked the bathroom. There was shower gel but no shampoo or conditioner which was fine because I brought my own but it is handy to know that. It is in the old part of town which is lovely. It was easy to walk to stores and farmacias or bodegas. Beautiful Christmas displays in the town. I had a great stay there. You can get laundry done if needed, I didn’t go to the cafe in the building but it is nice to have one handy. There is parking but it is not free.
Very cool set up where you can see all the floors from the center and a skylight. A glass elevator too.

Great place for the price! It had secure parking, was close to all the action, but was *just* far enough away (maybe 5 min walk) to have a quiet room. Nice size elevators, good room with nice bathroom and bathtub. We had our 11 month old with us and we were very happy with our stay. Good breakfast (ours was included) with very helpful and happy staff! Would absolutely recommend. Great price too!

Great location, excellent staffing.

Great location, and very friendly staff (especially the man who helped navigate cars into the elevator). Nice sized rooms, only drawback was the AC during the heat wave. None could keep up.

Old town, new little gem!

Surprising little gem on the edge of the old town which meant only a very short walk up into town to get an evening meal and explore. Being on motorbikes the lift to the car park negated any worries about steep curved entry and exit as is often the case in town centre hotels. Spa gym and pool, unused by me on this occasion, might well appeal on a future visit! Well done

Right by the river, this hotel offers some nice views. It is also an easy walk to Bodegas Franco Españolas on the other side of the Ebro, or to Calle Laurel, which is a lively lane of tapas joints in the centre of town. Every staff member I encountered was polite and helpful, especially the gentleman who asked the bartender to give me big cup of ice. (There’s no ice machine at the hotel) If you own a travel-sized EU hairdryer, you may want to pack it, since the one here is the useless kind that is attached to the wall by a short cord and requires you to hold down a button to make it run.

Nice views from our window. appreciated the refrigerator in the room. Like most European hotels the windows (floor to ceiling French windows) could be opened to let fresh air in. Would have been perfect if the breakfast came complimentary with the cost of room. I did not like the fact that Expedia was vague about payment. Please have more clarity when you say Your reservation is confirmed. I thought I had already paid with my card and was surprised to be charged.
