"Great hotel, location wise, only problem is they use an elevator for your car if you bring one. The breakfast should be included after the price people pay for the rooms. In Spain they criticize Capitalism, but I think they are worst, plus they don’t staff accordingly. Exploitation"

"Room was very comfortable and the Japanese WC was a great addition. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel. The rooftop area looked great but it was wet when we visited. If you require parking notify the hotel in advance as it's an underground lift but the staff are so helpful with this. I would recommend a vineyard tour to Franco Espanola, just a short walk away. The local food is excellent and very affordable. We shall return!"

"Absolutely no sleep to be had in this hotel. It's party central on the street outside full of drunk people shouting and roaring. We gave up as it was still going on at 6am when we left. Theres little sound proofing fron outside and the inside wall beside the window is window is rotten with damp. Ear plugs provided are a bad sign and no use. While I'm sure not the fault of the hotel, a guest had deffacated in the lift. This is not a 4 star, it's a 1 star in a noisy huge open air drinking venue...what's the point. "
Eurostars Fuerte Ruavieja

"We stayed for one night at Eurostars Fuerte Ruavieja while travelling through Spain and overall found it to be a very good base for exploring the city. The hotel is in an excellent location, with everything within easy walking distance including bars, restaurants, and the main areas of the old town. It was also straightforward to find when arriving by car, which is always appreciated in older city centres. One of the major positives was the secure hotel parking. Although chargeable, it felt safe and convenient, particularly when travelling with luggage. The hotel also allows easy access for unloading bags before parking. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and fairly well equipped. The bed provided a good night’s sleep and overall the room felt modern and practical. However, we would have appreciated tea and coffee making facilities either in the room or available in a communal area somewhere within the hotel. There were a couple of negatives during our stay. The soundproofing was not particularly strong and conversations from the street below could easily be heard despite the road itself being relatively quiet. We understand that some noise is expected when staying in a city centre, but normal conversations carried more than expected. There was also a noticeable sewage smell in the hallway during our stay. Thankfully this did not extend into our room itself, which remained fresh and comfortable. It may well have been a temporary issue while we were there, but it was"
