The charming living room is attractively furnished with two sofas and large glass doors leading directly to the terrace. The outside dining area allows guests to enjoy relaxing meals al fresco. The indoor dining room is just off the main living area and has a table for 6 people.
The separate kitchen is beautifully appointed with wooden cabinets and granite work surfaces. It is well-equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and Moka coffee machine, making self-catering a breeze. Free Wi-Fi is available in the villa.
The shaded garden has a small gate that leads straight onto the beach.

Porto San Paolo is a picturesque resort, known for its pristine white sand and turquoise sea. It has everything you need for a relaxing and fun holiday, whether you want to lie on the beach or enjoy a wide selection of water sports.
The villa is ideally situated only 700m from the town centre, 100m from a variety of excellent restaurants and bars and just 500m from the local supermarket.
The island of Tavolara is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king.
Olbia hosts farmers’ markets 3 days a week, the best being the Saturday market in Via Sangallo (25 minutes).
Olbia airport, is just a 20-minute drive.
