"The property is managed by Novasol who did not make sure that the property had the sheets and towels needed for the stay. To make up for that though the property owners drove over 300 kms on a Sunday to bring us what they needed. They went above and beyond and that set us up for a great stay while attending courses at Hjerleid. Hopefully they get a new property management company so they don't have to do that again.
