"Really clean and comfortable, handy for train station. Appreciated the washing machine and luggage store , both easy to use. Check in lady was really nice We found precheck in communication less good with no or delayed response to messages over a weekend which was bit difficult as we needed to amend plans because or a rail strike. Turned out ok in the end and apartment was lovely ."

"Staff was very helpful, breakfast was excellent. Wellness room works 3 to 8pm. Jacuzzi wasn’t really strong but sauna and steam room both were great."
Hotel Bernina

"We stayed to travel on the Bernina Express and the hotel was perfect for that. It is only 200 metres from the entrance to the station. Comfy bed, good restaurant and everything we needed for our overnight. Only downside is no aircon which could be bad in high temperatures, although the rest of the restaurant has aircon and they do supply a fan. Also ladies, if you need it bring your own hairdryer!! The one supplied is not great!!"

"The staff were very helpful, rooms were clean. Excellent breakfast. Only concern was that due to the extreme heatwave, the air conditioner could not keep the room cool"

"Wow! We are sooo happy we last minute booked this hotel! We spent a lot of time in all the different pools and even booked a couples massage. I would tell anyone to stay here. Also the breakfast was amazing!"

"A rather small and awkward attic room, but clean and the bathroom was great. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but we used the restaurant once and the good was great. Lovely staff and nothing to really complain about... But still not as good as we expected."
