「The resort location and all stuff involved in the resort are wonderful.」

「We picked Amber Beach Lombok for our anniversary trip (we stayed for 3 nights last week), and the basic comforts let this stay down. Our first room had no hot water, weak air conditioning, and a generator right next to it that ran loudly all night when the power went out. We barely slept. Staff moved us the next day, and the new room had working AC and hot water, but it had a persistent unpleasant smell [musty, drains, damp], and the TV WiFi did not really work. 「Lovely property with very friendly staff. Views were amazing and close to entrance to the waterfall hikes.」

「Overall is good, staffs are friendly, some nice restaurants near by walking 10 minutes, no place for shopping but a convenient store is just at opposite of the road. A Bluebird taxi station is near by.」

「Great service」

「Had a wonderful stay at the Giri Rose. The rooms and the pool area are beautiful. The staff is super friendly and helped us with any request we had. I would definitely stay here again.」
