Terrible Experience

There was no toilet paper. I made a request and was given a partially used toilet paper, not brand new. They refused to accept the electronic confirmation number from hotel.com. I had to pay cash from my pocket. I went back with a printed receipt and was refunded two weeks later after I had already left the country. A friend had to pick it up on my behalf. Breakfast was not served as stated at the website. Will never go there again!

Hotelli ok yöpymiseen ennen tai jälkeen lennon, yllättävän hyvät sängyt, edullinen, englantia ei osata, maksuvälineenä käteinen, afrikkalaista perustasoa. Eka yöpyminen lennon jälkeen voi olla kulttuurishokki, mutta parin viikon reissaamisen jälkeen Togossa ja Beninissä me otimme saman hotellin uudestaan ja pidimme ihan hyvänä. Paitsi ruoka paikan ravintolassa oli surkeaa ja se olikin ainoa huono ateria koko reissulla.

Ich habe es vorqezoqen, nur eine Nacht dort zu verbrinqen. ln Deutschland hätte ich keine 10 Euro für diese Unterkunft bezahlt. Nach Protest wurde mir zwar ein größeres, aber nicht besseres Zimmer gegeben. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr heruntergekommen. Es wird nicht gepflegt. Hier hilft nur noch eine Komplettrenovierung. Die positiven Bewertunqen sind wohI eher für das Napoleon Lagune abgegeben worden. Das liegt in der Nähe und gehört denselben Eigentümern. Beim Impasse Napoleon half nur die Flucht.

Für West Afrika gut und sauber. Der Außenbereich

Nette Mitarbeiter, sehr bemüht. Es sollte angeregt werden dass neben Französisch, Englisch auch jemand da ist der Deutsch kann. Gibt genügend Personen die Deutsch in Togo sprechen. Dass genau vor dem Zimmer die Wasserpumpe läuft ist nicht so schön.

In general pretty good. suprised that there was no deduction about the 1st night stay when arriving at 3am in the morning. sadly, I forgot some belongings in the room and they never have been found back. The service is good and the room are clean. The people are friendly and welcoming.
