「剛入住兩天房間面courtyard有廚房的油煙味很重，之後五天改面外街好多了。幾個階梯提行李較不方便外，他們的服務是真的很不錯，只要他們人在，看到都會幫忙搬運行李。英國水質應為硬水，但他們提供的洗髮精與潤髮乳讓我的頭髮超柔順。很多小地方累積下來，整體感受是很棒的。」

「Lovely helpful reception team. I didn’t get to the Bull and the Hide til almost 1am but the team had sent me a code for the door and given clear directions as to where my room was. After a nightmare journey I came into a lovely warm room, spacious bathroom, a good selection of hot drinks, water coke, biscuits and crisps. Lovely fluffy towels. Bed was super comfy as were the pilllows, I’d definitely stay here again 」

A special shoutout to Silvi, the lady who checked me in and took me to my room, she was so friendly and welcoming and explained everything to me, I am defo booking again when I’m in the area thank you!」
