「Our favorite thing about this property was by far its super convenient location. It is a very walkable distance to many sites, food, etc. It is also large for the city, the primary bedroom especially was very good sized and while it is in a popular area, it is in a courtyard back from the road and not noisy at all. It’s not overly luxurious but it was what we were looking for. The location really is great. 」

"I left this hotel covered in bite marks — I have clear photos. Staff removed the mattress protector on the spot, then later denied everything and blamed the guest. I was forced out in a foreign country with no help and my luggage still inside. Avoid this hotel at all costs. 入住後我全身都是咬痕，有照片為證。飯店現場把床墊保潔墊拖走，事後卻完全否認並把責任推給旅客。 在異國我被迫無處可去、行李還留在房間，他們一句話都不負責。請一定避開這家飯店。 "
