Property Details:

This 86-sqm apartment is located on the basement level without an elevator. The flat has a small private outdoor terrace for your enjoyment. This area is strictly non-smoking. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



Each bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and quality mattress. They both face the private terrace. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two full bathrooms. The first bathroom is en-suite to the first bedroom, the second is accessible via the hallway. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub/shower, toilet and sink, while the other has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 6 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Whether escaping the city and taking a stroll by dreamy canals of Little Venice in Paddington, or enjoying shopping in various markets, the location is perfect for any taste. The area is also home to some of London’s best restaurants and there’s sure to be something to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. With its close proximity to the London Underground station Queensway or Bayswater (Central, Circle and District Lines), access to other areas of the city is a piece of cake. You can easily reach sights such as Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and Big Ben, see the best musicals and plays in the West End, or go shopping at Harrods Department Store. The Tube stations also create easy links to reach London’s Heathrow, Gatwick or Luton Airports.

Other Things to Note:

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of £40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for £40. Both can be provided for £60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a £50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a £90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.



Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
