the worst experience ever

There was no hot water in the apartment, and the heating was not working as well. There was only absolute cold water for the shower and tap, not even a little bit of warmth. As there was no reception, we tried to call the 24h hotline which was provided on the wall of the apartment, but no one picked up no matter daytime or night time. We tried to call up hotels.com for help but the reservation cannot be found through their system. After 2 hours of trying to call up for help, on a chill day in London of 5 degC, we felt helpless and had no chance for a cold shower. It was the worst experience ever and we couldn't believe even the basic amenity like a warm shower was lacking. Sorry but to be honest I would rather stay in a shared bath hostel than this. For other comments, where we stayed was a basement flat and had no lift with narrow staircase down to the basement, no chair or sofa in the room, you can either sit on the bed or to sit on the floor

Good location, but no lift. Ground to fouth floor. If you have large size luggage, you will never want to stay in fourth floor (suite). It is quite hot in fourth floor which is on the top of building, no air condition especially in summer time. There are sometimes ambulance ouside the street due to nearby St Mary's Hospital. No reception and you should phone for help.

Bad experience

There is no elevator in the premises and so you need to carry your luggage upstairs. The general cleanliness is bad and there are hairs in the bedsheet, pillows etc. The WiFi signal is week too. So overall is not a comfortable and nice experience.

All are excellent except cooking utensils

Convenient location. Comfy and quiet. However, all non-stick pans have scratches because all spatulas are metal, not suitable for non-stick cooking.

很差的飯店，房間不算小 但是不乾淨，房間地板髒就算了，地板上還有之前留下的薯條，少給了毛巾，毛巾裡面還有蟲，明明就是禁菸房但是煙味超重 沒有櫃檯，打電話過去無法解決任何問題 要嘛要等一小時不然就是明天早上才能解決 請看看其他一顆星評價，都是真的！ It is not clean with very very poor service. No change of bed sheet with many hairs on it. Insects in the towel and the floor is dirty. Never ever consider it no matter how much is it!

A roomy and cozy flat

There living room is roomy and cozy; the bathroom and bedroom are also tidy. Wash machine and microwave oven is quite useful. Even the flat is located at basement level. It's still a cheerful exprience for staying here.

No one will answer the phone left on web-site. The access to the room will be sent by email only. There is no air condition, but heater only. No elevator and luggage storing, it's a concern for customer carried with luggage.

A terrible stay

There were 3 of us staying for 2 nights, it was a one bed room with a sofa bed flat. The location was good just a few minutes walk from tube station but apart from this everything was not up to the standard. The bed, the pillows and the quill was with stains, didn't even want to sleep on it and didn't want to use them at all!  We had trouble finding the staff for informations, the phone number given to us didn't work and wasted the money to make this call. We couldn't ask the staff to keep our baggages for a few hour before we leave the place and it was a hugh problem and lastly beware of the stairs! We were given the 2nd floor flat and we had to go up the stairs with our baggages, never been told that there were stairs!   We definitely not recommending this to people as there were so many apartments and hotels around this area!

Ankom til et køleskab der var i styker og havde mug i det. Da det endelig blev "fikset" på 3. dagen larmede det så meget at min kone og jeg havde problemer med at sove. Forvent ikke at 24/7 telefonen er betjent 24/7, måtte ringe flere gange til dem for at tale omkring køleskabet den første dag.

reat location

all information needed was provided by e-mail before our arrival. the room had everything we needed and the location was great for getting around. We walked to our theatre show and used the tube station at the end of the road to arrive and leave London.

Very poor communication Had no heating for 2 days and no hot shower. Would not answer any calls when reporting the issues or offer alternative accommodation Also found a condom wrapper at the side of main bed, where my 6 month old twins were sleeping!
