Holiday Accommodation Review Overall, the accommodation was comfortable, but there were a few issues that affected our stay. One of the main concerns was the lack of reception service for receiving online deliveries. When we placed an order, the delivery was left outside the apartment, and there was no reception staff available to receive or assist with the order. It would be much more convenient if the reception could accept deliveries on behalf of guests or provide a secure area for them. Another issue was the smell of cooking in the corridor, which was quite noticeable and sometimes unpleasant. Better ventilation or measures to control cooking odors would significantly improve the overall experience. I hope these points can be addressed, as improving these services would make the accommodation more convenient and comfortable for future guests.

Fabulous location in Central London for access to the tube (Green Park) and extremities in visiting all the major sites, such as Westminster, London Eye, Buckingham Palace Tower, Bridge and Tower of London. A spacious apartment that was great for a family of four with multiple bathrooms, including an extra separate commode room. Utilities such as the oven dishwasher and washer dryer were a little difficult to figure out as they were European models, but we eventually got there. Could never figure out the air air-conditioning, but it wasn’t needed at the time. For our eight day visit, the Arlington apartment couldn’t have been a better choice. I’d highly recommend it for your visit to London if you can catch a decent price which we were able to.

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel. Arlington House is a lovely hotel, very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Our apartment was extremely comfortable. We will stay at Arlington House on our next visit as well.

All of the employees were very kind and helpful.The room felt more like a home. As a family of five getting to have a big room to spread out was very nice. Would love to stay there again and that goes for the whole family.
