Raynes Park is a safe, well-established neighbourhood, but it is also a well-connected, semi-urban part of London. As with any location offering excellent transport links, guests should expect the normal background sounds of town life from time to time.
One of the great advantages of the flat is its proximity to Raynes Park railway station (around 200 yards away). Morning services to London Waterloo run every 4–6 minutes, making it entirely realistic to travel from the flat to Waterloo in around 30 minutes door-to-door.
This convenience does mean that the train line is audible within the flat at times. The apartment benefits from high-quality, secure double glazing, which significantly reduces noise and keeps sound levels low. Most guests find this quickly fades into the background, particularly during longer stays.
