A beautifully decorated accommodation with modern amenities. Tucked away from crowds and only a 30 minute walk to Harrods. Communication with our host was efficient and appreciated. The terrace was an added bonus.

Wonderful Home Away From Home

Beautiful townhome that was well appointed. Host was very attentive and communicative. Furnishings were top notch, comfortable and clean. Comes with a/c, washer/dryer and stocked kitchen which was great. No lift. Stairwell a little steep and tight so not a perfect option for people with ambulatory issues. Located next to train tracks but this was not an issue as the windows were truly sound proof. We did occasionally feel the vibration of the trains but that was not bothersome. In all, it was perfect for our family of 3 and could have easily accommodated more people Highly recommend this property

Perfect in every way!

This property is pristine! I would challenge anyone to find a reason to complain. There are none. The location is ideal for walking to the tube or bus station. You are close to all of central London and all of the highlights for a first time tourist! There is a market right under the property for grabbing ice or drinks/snacks. There is a grocery store about an 8 minute walk and there are many restaurants and pubs really close around the corner. We are a family of 5 with our 3 kids ranging from 21 yo to 26 yo. There are many steps to consider but that was not an issue for us. One person sleeps comfortably in the main level bedroom and 2 people in each of the upstairs bedrooms, so 5 people max is ideal. There is air conditioning for the warm days and heated floors and fireplace for the cooler weather. Oh, and did I mention a heated toilet seat! This place looks exactly like the pictures. We appreciated the excellent communication and help with directions getting from the airport to the property. Also, it was a great pleasure to meet Terry, who greeted us and went over all of the details of the property including the lights, a/c, tv remotes etc. We highly, highly recommend and hope to return to London in the future. We would stay again for sure!

Cute apartment

Decorated very nicely though it can’t be more than 800sf if that. Every inch is used. Pillows are down - nice touch. Well-equipped linens and kitchen. What isn’t accurate is the apartment is located in pimlico not belgravia though it doesn’t matter because it’s a cute neighborhood. You are one house down from the train tracks going into Victoria Station. The apartment is a little shaky when they go by. Again, none of us seemed to mind the noise. We had a great time.

Short stay in London

The house is in great location to get to everything quickly. There are a fair number of stairs that so make bringing in bags hard. The beds are smaller as expected so European. So outside of kids won’t fit 2 adults in the rooms other than the master. Great house. Need to try the bar across the street Purgatory as it has great cocktails

London Gem!

Stayed for 3 nights with our son, 19 & granddaghter, 18. Such a great location-close to the best bakery-Chestnut-and easy to walk or catch a bus or tube. Enjoyed the sushi restaurant below and a tiny corner store, too. Great set up for privacy-plenty of space to gather and play cards or enjoy happy hour in the evening. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and cheerful. Communication with hosts was the best-very accomodating and easy to reach. Felt safe and relaxed. Able to view the RAF during Trooping of the Colors from the terrace. Terrific all around!

Lovely Flat

Truly enjoyed our stay. We knew from mapping ahead of time it was close to Victoria station tracks, not an issue for us. Space for us and two adult children that need their own rooms was perfect. Really nice design appointments, steam shower, heated floors etc all worked well and enjoyable. Close to everything we wanted to do and hosts were great to work with. A really nice flat with all the modern amenities you’ll love to use for four folks-loved it.

Lovely Place to Stay

Beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood.The owner, Patricia was very responsive and that is a big factor in a relaxing stay…My only feedback would be that this is not the right place for anyone who has issues going up and down steps…Also, the 3rd bedroom is quite small with no closet(although it shows one in pic)and no dresser drawers. I think this place is ideal for 2 couples or 2 couples and a single…not 3 couples due to size…It is lovely, though, and I highly recommend.

From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in a haven of comfort and elegance. The location was superb, with easy access to all the best attractions and amenities the city has to offer. London like a local

Experience London without the crowds. However, if you want the crowds they are a short walk. Wonderful accommodations. Great management and support, if needed. Balcony was a huge plus and enjoyed. Neighbors and pub proprietors were most helpful and friendly. A must stay for our next London holiday

Really GREAT!!!

Very clean! Very organized! Fantastic location! Owner/operator was extremely friendly and responsive. We have only one complaint and that is that the 2 of the 3 beds that we used had, in all of our opinions, terribly hard mattresses. Our sleeps were not restful and we would wake up with sore and creaky backs. I hate to say anything negative about this rental because in every other way it was pretty exceptional. Its a totally lovely spot and we would probably stay there again (for a limited number of sleeps).

London Städtetrip

Wir waren eine 5-köpfige Familie für einen Städtetrip in London (Kinder 10-14J). Die Lage des Objekts ist super um die City of London zu erkunden. Victoria Station ist 10min zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung/townhouse ist sehr ruhig gelegen, allerdings hört man die Victoria Underground recht gut, welche aber nachts nicht fährt. Check-in/out war mit Raquel und Michael problemlos, Kommunikation sehr zuvorkommend und prompt. Die Wohnung passte für uns 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder sehr gut, für 6 Erwachsene wäre es doch recht eng. Zum Essen gibts eine verlängerte Bar in der Küche, aber ein Esstisch (Dinnertable) fehlte, was für uns als Familie etwas störte. Wir assen somit Frühstück und am Abend am Couchtisch oder an der Stehbar in der Küche. Zusammenfassen aber ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Besten Dank.

Great location for London Marathon

We had 3 couples stay at the property for the London Marathon. Very close to Victoria station so easy to get anywhere in London. Property managers were very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Amenities were great

Property managers were excellent, very responsive. Property is modern, clean, furniture and beds seem new. Did not feel like we were in someone's else's home. Central AC and washer dryer were a huge plus. The flat is definitely close to the Victoria Train station so you can feel the vibrations from the train in some of the rooms, especially the highest one. But at the end of the day it was manageable and I accepted that trade off for the central AC and washer dryer and still give it a 5 star rating.

Perfect location

Looks exactly like the photos, but better! The location of the townhouse was perfect. Just walk to Victoria Train station to grab a black cab. Grocery store is just a 5 min walk. Good restaurants in the area. A/C was the best part of the home since we stayed during record breaking heat.

Beautiful & comfortable flat near Victoria Station/Buckingham Palace

The apartment is beautiful! Very well furnished and decorated (…think Pottery Barn catalog!). These VRBO pictures look nice, but it’s even better! But it is NOT large. My wife & I and 2 adult kids found ourselves quite cozy (if not tripping over each other at times) in the somewhat limiting confines. However, that is London! Space limitations notwithstanding, we LOVED the place. Location was nice - very commutable by walking or tube to anywhere in London. It was nice to be close, but not in heart of the hustle/bustle of Soho, Mayfair, or Piccadilly. Booking/check-in process was easy and efficient. Overall, it was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. We would definitely consider staying here again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
