"I would not stay here again. It was extremely inconvenient to get to our room. There was only one way in and out of the hotel. We were on the opposite end. To get to our room we had to take an elevator to the floor above our floor and go through a maze of hallways then take an elevator down to our floor and go through another maze of hallways. It was frustrating to get around the hotel. The staff was not very accommodating. The air in our room did not work well and we did not get maid service. I’m usually not disappointed but this is the exception. Stay somewhere else."

"The VIP lounge was a great place to relax in and the refreshments were a pleasant surprise. Ellie, the hostess of the lounge was amazing! She was very efficient and pleasant. The staff in general, from check in, luggage handling and room service were excellent. Marcin was especially helpful and friendly. We will definitely return to the Cumberland when we visit London in the future."
