住宿还可以 房间十分小 床单是干净的 居然不提供任何洗漱用品 来的时候电水壶里还剩着睡水 服务人员态度还不错 最可笑的是Hotels.com 的预定 客服说我已经付款到店不用再付 可是到了直接付给了酒店 信用卡并没预先扣款，客服自己都搞不清状况管理十分混乱

We didn’t even stayed there it was filthy and disgusting.. toilet was out of order bedsheets were filthy curtains were half broken carpet was nasty smell… the list is too long to write in short the hotel was pathetic that after even 7 hours drive we didn’t stayed there and came out straight away .

SATISFATORIA

O hotel é bem localizado, perto de condução de bus e metro. Também perto de mercado, e outros stores e estabelecimentos úteis. Ponto não tão bom é não ter café da manha. Já o atendimento é muito bom, sempre atenciosos, procuram nos atender no que precisamos. Direito à ferro de passar, tábua, secador, e até adaptador de tomada emprestado. Tivemos frutas, balas e garrafinhas dágua distribuidos no final do ano. Muito hospitaleiros, recomendo.

This hotel is as shabby as it gets. The first room offered was totally unsuitable - the lights didn’t work. The bathroom was tiny and the drawers were filthy. Having moved to a slightly larger room where the lights worked, it was as shabby. They wanted a deposit of £20 to use the remote control for the small tv in the room. I didn’t use it. The location is by a 24 hour petrol station so it’s noisy. There is limited parking on site if you can find the hotel. There’s a sign to the left of the petrol station for this hotel, but it’s actually down a cul de sac and not signposted. There are claims of a breakfast included - a sign on the door of the room, but when I asked the member of staff on duty, he said that it was an old sign and no breakfast was offered. Quite glad actually. Overall this is a place you won’t revisit, but if you have to stay in East London for one night, you won’t die.

מלון מלוכלך. אין סבון ותמרוקים. עובש בשרותים. אין טלויזיה. לא רוקנו פח זבל בחדר. לא מומלץ להתקרב. אני מתפלא שהוטלס דוט קומ משווקת את המלון. לא להתקרב!

Staff were amazing the bedding was clean rooms were clean the building was clean it was closer to public transport, shops and restaurants everything was in easy reach

Usually I am happy to leave a glowing review. Sadly this will not be the case in this instance. Appalling service at the front desk, half hour to check in, complete lack of security, absolutely no amenities, not even a drinking glass, shockingly bad bathroom space and very poor shower, dirty bed sheets, TV the size of a postage stamp. Other than that, a great experience.

This hotel is not worth booking even at a cheap price unless you are prepared to sleep in filth. Staff just shrug their shoulders when you complain, and refuse to refund unspent nights, expedia are no help either. Stained Duvets, mouldy ensuites. But it does have parking :-(

hotel pas facile à trouver. l'entrée n'inspire pas confiance. Le responsable n'etait pas au courant que nous etions là suite à un relogement. et comme le premier soir (sur 3 nuits) la chambre a été remise en location, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une personne entrante (!!!) dans la chambre au milieu de la nuit (surbooking). donc surbooking apres un relogement = galère inacceptable. mes filles n'ont plus dormi de la nuit et on a meme mis des valises derriere la porte pour eviter un recidive. à part cela, la chambre n'etait pas propre. des grosses taches de moisissures etaient dans la salle de bain
