- The flat is located in a residential building, so you must respect the neighbors. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited – penalty: £500.
- Access is strictly for the named guests staying at the flat.
- Parties are not allowed – any signs of gatherings may result in a £500 fine.
