Had an issue with keys and were sat outside the property for 40 mins at midnight as two teenagers in what looked like an unsafe area, however the owner was quick to communicate and was very helpful. The actual property inside was very clean and well presented.

We stayed at this property on one of the hottest days of the year and thought some ventilation would be in place but other than one window which was broken and wouldn’t stay open we had nothing! The floor was just stuck on around the bed, the shower head was broken spurting water from the top. The whole flat as you walked in smelt awful! The communication was poor and late to the point we had to message several times for checking in information to which we then only got 15 hours before checking in. This was supposed to include things like parking areas which due to the lateness of communication we ended up having to park in a ridiculously expensive carpark over 30 minutes away and walk it all with heavy bags!
