Welcome!

The apartment is perfectly located next to Morden Hall Park — the only National Trust park in London — offering miles of green space, riverside walks, and historic gardens right on your doorstep. You’ll also find an M&S Food just a short stroll away, making it easy to pick up fresh groceries and treats during your stay. The property is located in Colliers Wood (Zone 3) on the Northern Line, with direct trains to Waterloo and Leicester Square in about 20–25 minutes.

Unwind in the sunlit lounge, where floor-to-ceiling windows open up to serene green views. The sleek black leather sofas, accented with soft throws and patterned cushions, invite you to relax comfortably. A modern rug anchors the space, while chic touches, like the contemporary chandelier, leafy plants, and curated artwork, add warmth and personality. Enjoy entertainment on the Smart TV or soak in the natural light in this elegant yet cosy setting.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

Wake up to tranquil green views in either of the two inviting bedrooms, each framed by beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. One bedroom features a comfortable UK double bed, while the other offers a UK queen bed, both dressed in crisp linens and soft throws for a restful night's sleep.

Both bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Tucked away in a peaceful riverside development, this home offers the best of both worlds: tranquil surroundings and easy access to London's buzz. Wander along leafy paths to nearby cafés, pubs, and shops, or head to the famous Wimbledon Village for boutique browsing and cosy eateries. Nature lovers will adore the open green spaces of Wimbledon Common and the landscaped beauty of Cannizaro Park.

Getting around is a breeze: Colliers Wood and South Wimbledon stations are close by, putting central London just 20–25 minutes away. You'll also have quick road links and handy bus routes for exploring further afield.

Whether you're here for tennis season, a work trip, or a relaxing getaway, this neighbourhood blends calm, convenience, and a touch of quintessential London charm.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Colliers Wood, is just a 12-minute walk.

Gatwick Airport is a 55-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
