We had a fantastic four-day stay that exceeded expectations from the moment we arrived. Dee gave us a warm welcome and personally greeted us with plenty of helpful local tips, which really set the tone. Each evening, we found ourselves relaxing on the beautiful balcony, soaking in the views over the rooftops lit up with fairy lights – far more magical than the pictures suggest! It became our go-to spot to enjoy a glass of fizz and delicious pizzas from Du Gusto, conveniently located right next door. The location couldn’t have been better. Just a couple of minutes from the front door, we discovered Regents Canal via the steps near Costa. From there, it was an easy 15-minute walk to King's Cross or a lovely 45-minute stroll to Little Venice via Camden Lock – itself just five minutes away. While the kitchen was very well equipped, we mostly ate out thanks to the incredible local food scene. Camden Lock’s food markets were a highlight, and we especially loved The Blues Kitchen on the main high street for a lively dining experience.A highlights was watching the Lionesses win the Euro's at the pub next door – a great atmosphere, but still quiet and unobtrusive in the evenings when we were winding down. All in all, a brilliant stay in a fantastic location. We’re already looking forward to our return!
