With the boutiques of Fulham Road and King’s Road just moments away, this five-bedroom Chelsea home offers the perfect blend of style, space, and modern family living. Designed with smart technology, luxurious finishes, and elegant interiors, it sits in one of London’s most desirable neighbourhoods, close to Brompton Cross, Sloane Square, and the King’s Road.
The formal reception space sets the tone with floor-to-ceiling doors opening to a bright conservatory and garden terrace. Perfect for entertaining, the terrace provides a stylish setting for al fresco dining and summer barbecues.
The contemporary kitchen is the heart of the home, with a large island, breakfast bar, and striking pendant lights. A separate dining area beneath a statement chandelier offers a more formal option, while a home library adds a quieter retreat.
For leisure, there’s a home cinema with plush seating and atmospheric lighting, plus a gym and sauna complete with treadmill and workout equipment.
All five bedrooms are spacious and restful, each with en-suite bathrooms finished in marble and modern fixtures. A private basement studio provides additional flexibility, with its own kitchen and en-suite bathroom.

**To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.**
Home Truths:
No smoking, pets or parties. Please note that the Grand Piano will not be present for bookings during October 2025. The host can arrange a classical recital in the reception room, please ask the team to book in advance. Off-street parking is available for one car. Air conditioning and iPad-controlled smart technology is also present throughout the property. The wine cellar and pantry in the basement are private and the top-floor office will also be locked. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities. Please note that this is a primary residence, and some personal or homeowner items may remain inside.When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details.
