Newly-Renovated 3BDR apt near Swiss Cottage

A stylish 3BDR 2BTH apartment placed within this highly sought after location of Swiss Cottage. The property consists of a wide entrance hall, large lounge/reception, separate kitchen and dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and a separate guest w/c. The apartment is situated in a perfect location, being a 30 second walk to Swiss Cottage London Underground station (Jubilee Line) and close access to South Hampstead, Finchley Road, Belsize Park and St Johns Wood high streets.

Welcome to my newly renovated, bright and spacious flat is located in a secure mansion block near Swiss Cottage Station. The property is in a superb location, just a 2-minute walk from Swiss Cottage Underground Station and Finchley Road shops and amenities. The flat is furnished to a very high standard and features:

-generous reception room with a comfortable sofa and TV zone
-a super-king master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a king and a queen bedrooms with excellently fitted storage space.
-2 bathrooms and a guest toilet where you will find complimentary toiletries and towels.
-modern kitchen has everything that you might need to enjoy your time cooking a meal. Separate dining area.

The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to Hotel standards before you arrive.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

Please note that that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.

Comfortable accommodation but attention to detail required

Property, beds and linen etc is very comfortable, bed and linens However all crockery needs to be replace as it’s chipped abd cups leaking, plus lack of toilet paper for 6 people for 4 nights despite paying €300 per night, Check in process was a nightmare with the promise of self check key box, to find (or not find) the key box 200 meters from the accommodation across a busy London junction. Keybox was tied to a railing under a hedge! A bit of attention to detail would have made our stay much less stressful
