Brilliant time visiting family

We rented this lovely home to be close to family during our Christmas break near London. We can't say enough about how spacious and elegant the house was. It's like staying in a hotel only you can have your very own kitchen and lounge. All the amenities of home and every comfort catered for. Great stay.

Außenbereich ungepflegt, Zwetschgen und Äpfel lagen rum, verwilderter Garten oberhalb der Terasse. Spartanisch eingerichtet, Betten waren gut, Metallbett quietscht sehr stark. Bad und Küche ok, nicht ganz sauber geputzt. Ausstattung ausreichend, für 5 Personen Küche etwas klein. Wohnzimmer gut. Lage der Wohnung top, sehr ruhig. Parkplatz kein Problem vor dem Haus. In 5 Minuten am Bahnhof und Einkaufen (Lidl, Aldi, Tesco) mit dem Auto. Mit dem Zug ist man in unter 30 Minuten am Bahnhof Victoria direkt bei allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten.Kontakt zur Vermieterin schnell freundlich und unkompliziert.

Problem sind die Doppelbetten, zu weich, Bett knarrt sehr laut, wenn sich einer bewegt sind beide wach. In der Küche nur 3 Stühle für 5 Personen, ein Problem beim Essen, da auch im Wohnzimmer nicht genug Platz ist. Sonst ist die Küche gut ausgestattet, großer Kühlschrank, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Gasherd, Waschmaschine, ausreichend Geschirr. Schönes Badezimmer, alles hat funktioniert. Die Lage ist ganz gut, 10 Minuten bis zum Zug, dann in 30 Minuten in Victoria Station. War eine preisgünstige Alternative zu einem Hotel in London. was Silvester sicher nicht zu bezahlen ist.

Beautiful home and wonderful hospitality

The house is beautiful both inside and outside. It feel very welcoming l, so many unique touches for the seasoned traveller, from the coat rack, tea caddy to individual towel rails. We booked to come again in 2018 we just loved it.
