A nice hotel with very good service
It is a nice near to large underground shopping mall, easy reach to Greenwich. A very good view of O2 facing the restaurant.

The hotel is a little bit far from the DLR station if you are carrying luggage. Generally, the room was nice and the staff was friendly.

location is a bit far from canary wharf n City centre, nothing around for eating or shopping. We booked 2 rooms and the information according to the Hotel.com that rooms r guaranteed to be upgraded to delux room, we found only one room is upgraded. The room r very clean and comfortable, but the bed sheet is not smooth enough, still fine though. No view of one room, just face the opposite residential building, gotta draw up all the curtain if u want privacy. The staff in reception check in counter is not sincere , no smile and with a bit cool attitude, but those we met in restaurant when we had breakfast are very nice and helpful. Overall its good for the price compare with other hotels in London.

Could not fault our weekend away . From the moment we arrived, staff were so welcoming. Beautiful, spotless hotel. Staff lovely and friendly and rooms very spacious and comfy. Breakfast was amazing and staff could not do enough for you. Even at checkout. Lovely reception staff always smiling and accomodating.

Very nice hotel, lovely views over the Thames to the O2 arena. The breakfast didn't have a massive choice but it had all the essentials and what was on offer was very nice and really well cooked. The only thing for me which let it down was the pillows were too soft, the bed itself was lovely and comfy, but left with a bit of a sore neck due to lack of pillow support. The room was lovely and clean and the bathroom was spacious with a good quality shower in it. Next time I am going to the O2, will definitely consider using this hotel again.

Reception was excellent apart from the system having a blip on arrival. Housekeeper rushed leaving the room 30 mins b4 actual checkout time. Barstaff extremely slow in serving.

Fabulous room with excellent facilities! Staff all so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed relaxing in the lovely spa, could have quite easily spent our short break just at hotel 😅

Beautiful room, friendly staff, & an amazing view
I stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful hotel this week, and would like to pay tribute to the fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. From the minute I arrived until the moment I left, every member of staff – from reception to restaurant, room service to housekeeping - that I met was kind, friendly and could not do enough to help. The hotel has a great customer service culture. My room (room 428) was spotlessly clean, spacious, well-equipped, and had a breathtaking view across the Thames – to wake up to the beautiful sunrise really set me up for the day. Would highly recommend this hotel for all the above reason.
