Summary:
A bright and well-laid-out ground floor flat with patio access, set in a quiet Fulham development close to parks, shops, and Fulham Broadway Station.
The Space:
All rooms are arranged across a single level:
• Living Room
Light-filled and furnished with two sofas and a dining table. Large windows and double doors provide direct access to a small patio area with greenery beyond.
• Kitchen
A separate galley-style kitchen fitted with standard appliances including an oven, gas hob, microwave, washing machine, and under-counter fridge with freezer compartment.
• Bedroom 1
A spacious main bedroom with a king-size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. This room includes an en-suite with shower, toilet, and basin.
• Bedroom 2
Furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, and wardrobe.
• Main Bathroom
Includes a combination bathtub with overhead shower, toilet, and basin.
Guest Access:
The home utilises a self check-in process, after check-in guests will have access to the entire home at all times during their stay.
The Neighborhood:
The flat is located in a quiet, residential part of Fulham known for its green spaces and village-like atmosphere. Normand Park and the popular Lillie Road Recreation Ground are both within walking distance, offering outdoor space for a stroll or a relaxed afternoon.
Nearby Fulham Broadway provides access to a range of amenities including a large supermarket, a gym, a cinema, and plenty of cafés, restaurants, and high street shops. There are also local pubs and independent eateries tucked along North End Road and surrounding streets.
With Chelsea, Parsons Green, and West Kensington all close by, the location makes it easy to explore west London while staying in a peaceful and well-connected neighbourhood.
Getting Around:
• Fulham Broadway Station (District Line) – 0.5 miles away (around 10 minutes on foot)
• West Brompton Station (Overground & National Rail) – 0.6 miles (approx. 12-minute walk)
• Bus routes operate along nearby North End Road and Lillie Road, both within a 5-minute walk

The home is currently for sale, this means that property viewings need to occur during your stay. On the morning of the viewing, we send in a member of our cleaning team to tidy the home.
