One bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, a kitchen with top appliances, and a large living room.

Four people can comfortably sleep on the property:

- Bedroom 1: One double size bed (Sleeps 2)

-Living room: 2 Air Mattresses (Sleeps 2)

- Bathroom: Shower, Toilet, Fresh Towels, Shampoo and Shower Gel.

Kitchen: Fully Equipped with top-notch appliances such as Cooking Utensils, Coffee & Tea...

Please note that the beds in the living room are 2 air mattresses .

The flat is perfectly located within close proximity to supermarkets, cafes, and markets. The area is quiet but within walking distance of parks, rivers, museums, art galleries, markets, and places to eat.

The apartment is great for business travelers with most of the commercial districts a short walk or tube ride away.

Die Unterkunft war OK. Unsere Kinder haben auf den Luftmatratzen geschlafen, was sie an sich nicht gestört hat. Dadurch war allerdings der Raum sehr klein, da das Sofa im Weg war und es um den Esstisch sehr eng war. Eine Matratze hatte beim Aufblasen ein Loch, es wurde aber sehr schnell eine neue gebracht. Das Badezimmer ist nicht mit deutschen Standart zu vergleichen. Der Flur und der Zugang zur Wohnung waren recht schmuddelig, die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung OK. Wir hatten Probleme bei der Schlüsselrückgabe, was uns einigen Stress bereitet hat.

Issues we had with the apartment

I liked the apartment but was showed on the Vrbo that there was a queen bed along with 2 twin bed but turned out to be 2 air mattress. Wasn’t happy about that. Then we had an issue getting the keys to work tried to get help and it took over an hour to have the issue of the keys resolved. Then we had no hot water in the shower and it took them 3 days to get the issue fixed after meaning text to them. Finally got to take a warm shower on our 4th day there in our 7 day trip and all they did was give us 30 refund for the inconvenience and stayed that was all they could do out of the almost &2000 we paid to stay there. But the only nice thing is was London was wonderful to visit.

It was a well located place--near three tube stations, the Barbican and close to the Thames as well. Everything was tidy. Some minor things: check the shower hot/cold water mix as this was problematic; directions on how to use the stovetop would be helpful. The support team was very helpful when I had a question!

Best experience!

Staying at Whitecross was a delightful experience! The location is fantastic, its in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of charming cafes and shops right at your doorstep. The flat itself is clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could need. I particularly loved the cozy living area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring London.
