No smoking/vaping, pets or parties. Children are welcome on request. Small pets are welcome on request. A double sofa bed can be found in the living room. Air conditioning is available in the principal suite, with cooling fans available for other rooms. A small WC bathroom can also be found on the ground floor (by the front door). Please note, this home is set on three floors with no lift in the property. Russell, a neighbour, will pop by on Sundays to collect any post for the homeowner. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old.
