「We had a great stay at this cabin. It was clean and just the right size for two. The porch and its string lights were an especially cozy space to enjoy the evening and dinner in. The extra items provided were useful too, especially the fire starter and wasp spray. We'd definitely stay here again!」

「The property was overall a great stay clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in was seamless. We did notice a smell during our stay, which we communicated to the property owner, and they were responsive. It didn’t take away too much from an otherwise enjoyable experience. 「This was a great homebase for our spring break to Kansas City. We loved that it was walkable to downtown shopping, restaurants and parks, and the kids loved the hot tub. The property was clean and well appointed. We had to get in touch with the hosts a couple times, and they were very responsive and helpful. 」

「We were disappointed with our stay due to several issues that significantly impacted our experience.When we arrived, the outdoor trash cans were already completely full, so we had nowhere to dispose of our trash and had to keep it bagged in the garage for the duration of our stay. 「Upon arriving to the property we were told they would send the door code. After several messages and a phone call they sent us a code after 4 pm. The first code they sent was wrong and had to call back a second time to get the right code. Once we entered the house we found mouse droppings all over the house including on the bed! Called again and asked for a refund as we left and got a hotel room. Did not receive a refund and they will no longer speak to me! Terrible mouse infested property!...

「While reasonably furnished and clean inside, the listing felt more like a 2 or 3-star property than advertised. The bedrooms are extremely small—you can't walk around the beds or fully open the closet doors. The front door lock (the only access point) does not reliably work. Additionally, the basement is only accessible through a dark, unlit staircase in the garage. Be aware that customer service for lost items is lacking: I left a shirt in the closet and realized it an hour after checkout....
