With 3 queen bedrooms, a bunk room with 4 twin beds, 2.5 bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms with electric fireplaces, and two private patios, everyone has room to spread out while still enjoying time together.

The two sides are connected by an interior door, giving large groups the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. Each side also has its own private entrance.

Outside, unwind around the fire pits, grill dinner on the propane BBQs, or simply relax on the patios after a day at the beach. Inside, enjoy a game room featuring a pool table that converts to air hockey, shuffleboard, board games, and smart TVs in every room so everyone can stream their favorite shows.

Just a short walk away you'll find the beach, the scenic Discovery Trail, downtown Long Beach's shops and restaurants, horseback riding, go-karts, and the beloved Marsh's Museum. Whether you're planning a beach vacation, fishing trip, clam digging adventure, or family reunion, everything you need is close by.

There's plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, and even a boat—perfect for guests bringing their fishing or beach gear. While there is a bit of daytime road noise, evenings are peaceful and quiet.

We've stocked the home with thoughtful extras, including beach chairs, beach toys, and a wagon to make trips to the sand easy. Two washers and dryers, well-equipped kitchens, and comfortable gathering spaces make longer stays just as enjoyable as weekend escapes.
