Exceptional hotel and staff. I also found the food to be very tasty, though perhaps the hotel could add more options for spirits and beer. Rooms were spotless and comfortable, gorgeous views to the ocean. I would stay again, though the area this hotel is in is slightly quieter than central vung tau.

The hotel and staff were top-notch. The area around is typical “rural” Vietnamese. If you are a Westerner- looking for a pristine beach experience- you won’t like this area (but you WILL like the hotel). If you are used to Southeast Asia travel- you will really enjoy it. Note: we were the only Westerners we saw- and we felt like rock stars. Everyone said “hello.” All the kids ran up to us giggling.

It's very cleaned and new built hotel. All staff of Iconic Hotel is very kind and nice. They always tried to handle my request. It's 30minute far from City center of Vungtau, But Very peaceful and nice place.

It is a small hotel with a small pool (which became too crowded during peak hours with kids) and is within walking distance to the beach. It has a restaurant that caters three meals a day and is quite good. Meal selections are mostly Vietnamese. We booked one night to get away from the noisy and crowded Vũng tàu beaches and will consider returning.

Hotel was nice. Room didn't have a refrigerator. There were few guests in the hotel and the buffet breakfast not offered, there was a simple menu for breakfast.

Our room was wonderfully cosy and beautifully decorated, with a spacious bunk bed that our kids absolutely loved—a rare and thoughtful touch compared to the usual double bed in family rooms. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional team. When my wife had a medical emergency, the staff went above and beyond: one kindly drove us to the hospital and stayed with me throughout to help translate, while another looked after our two children and kept them happily entertained. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Iconic Long Hai Hotel staff—you turned a challenging situation into an experience of outstanding hospitality. Would highly recommend.

Iconic Long Hai is one of the better properties located in Long Hai. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean with the exception of the grout inside the shower. The bed are comfortable, however the luggage rack are design more for just carry on luggage’s. If you bring a large luggage, it will not fit. Breakfast buffet only available on the weekends or whenever they have high occupancy; otherwise, there’s an à la carte menu. The breakfast is decent. At night time, they close the garage door, so if you drive a vehicle, it can be a little bit of an inconvenience . You personally have to go to the front desk to let them know that you either want to enter or exit the garage. At night time, they do try to save electric by having the lights turn off in the lobby. They have the lights turn off in rooms corridor as well, which can be dangerous. Checking out was simple. The don’t hold any credit card for incidental , so they have someone check your room before leaving. One thing, I felt that was odd, is the front desk is very concern with returning the room keys. Most hotels I stay at, they don’t really care if the guest return the room keys or not, especially if it’s a five or four star property. Overall, I would return, it’s just now I know what to expect.

We stayed for 16 night. Generally people come and go for a few days. It suited our requirements to just wind down. The management and team could not have shown more interest to ensure our stay was comfortable. Food was good quality and a fair price for a hotel. Predominantly a Vietnamese menu and a couple of western dishes. The hotel was only opened 12 months ago. They where happy to arrange taxi for you if needed. But the grab app worked well. Vung tau has more to see and only 1/2 hr away. All in all we were very happy staying here. Again thank you to the team.
