“This was the perfect getaway spot for 2. It was across the street from a beautiful beach, and centrally located on the island. 10 minutes from the airport, and easy to get to all your basic needs (grocery and liquor). The pizza spot next door is excellent too. Room was clean and had all of your basic needs. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Shenifer is an amazing host and the place is stunning, cozy, and spotless; felt just like home. The road getting up to the property is pretty rough, so drive carefully, but the destination is well worth it. We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend staying here!”

“I absolutely loved my stay at Ronda & Steve's place. I truly had everything I needed in this nice private room. Impeccable bathroom with a nice bed and clean kitchenette. Ronda and Steve have been amazing hosts, so kind, very responsive and always happy to chat about little Exuma or life in general. Steve’s cooking was delicious.There are no words to describe how peaceful and relaxing this place is. I have cherished the special moments spent in Ronda’s beautiful garden, kayaking in the Moriah……

“Room was clean and comfortable. A/C worked well. Location was good. Bathroom was spacious and shower was wonderful. Bed was OK. Linens were a little old. 😉 Needed a few items in the kitchen but will let the owner know.”

“Regatta Point and Georgetown was the most amazing experience. I booked the trip for me, my daughter and best friend. We were looking for somewhere safe, convenient to be able to walk to dining, transportation etc. This is the spot! We rented a boat for 2 days and hopped all around...the locals were beyond kind and helpful. Nancy, our host, was kind and the best host. We will be back to this special place. ”
