"Honestly the best vacation home I've ever booked. Kitchen was FULLY stocked with essentials, any kind of pots, pans, utensils, small cooking electronics you could need was there. They also had everything you would need for pool time, snorkeling, kayaking. Bug spray, coolers of all sizes available, sunscreen. It was so nice! Also CLEAN, I'm a cleaner by trade so this is something I naturally notice. The place was just so nice. Felt very private, perfect for our anniversary. Bed was comfy too! I had to check the brand to buy for myself. First aid kit was there. Towels, games. I hope to stay again. The host was great at communicating how to get there, what to do, and what to expect. He gave a lot of little info that became very useful for a smooth and comfortable stay. Recommended good things to do and places to eat. Highly highly highly recommend this host and property!"

Beachwood Villa, Oceanfront near sand flats! Most 5-stars on the island!

"We had a great time and the view was gorgeous! We had 11 ladies and never felt cramped at all. This house was very spacious. There were a few minor wear and tear broken things in the house that I reported, and I feel confident they will repair these things. We loved the pool & pool view, and the small beach was beautiful, Getting down to the beach at the last step of the steps leading to the beach, could be a little hard for those with bad knees. We were able to comfortably float in the ocean 4 days of our stay. It was calm most days, like a pool, but a little rougher 2 of our days! This house is close to Pretty Molly Bay and the Tropic of Cancer beach which were also beautiful:) I will say we did not take the Kayaks out. We did not have men with us, so trying to get them down to the beach, and then back up to the house, would have been a heavy, awkward job for us to conquer! We hope to visit again one day to this place of paradise!"

"Wow! What a beautiful place!! We loved every moment. Easy check in and great communication In fact, they go above and beyond for you!! Jack and Kay were amazing. There isn’t anything negative we have to say!! Shipwreck had everything we needed. Coffee k-cups, filtered water, air conditioning, and all the kitchen utensils to kayaks!! Jack and Kay communicated very well and were responsive (within minutes). Kay, thank you so very much . You went above and beyond. We will be back and we will let others know about your place!! Until next time."
Harbor Breeze Villas

"Stayed in one of the villas for 4 nights. The villa is well equipped with everything you need. Ate at the restaurant twice, excellent service and the food was good. There is a store as well where you can purchase some goods which is convenient. Pool was clean and the area was very peaceful with a gorgeous view. There is also a private beach that you can walk to (clear path) from your villa. Pristine water and quiet (except for the cicadas singing). There is an elevated cabana which lounge chairs overlooking the beach where you can relax. Would definitely stay here again if Im ever in Long Island. Only downside was the bigs, which is expected. The villa is surround by plenty of trees/plants. Luckily there was bug spray in the villa. So I was able to spray out the villa and that toom care of most of the bugs."

"The property and home were exactly as pictured and described. There was so much to do at the house with the pool, dock, kayaks and paddle boards, huge screened in porch, and beachfront for our family with 2 teenagers. Communication prior to our trip, as well as while we were there, was very attentive and helpful regarding the home, activities and restaurants on the island, making sure we’re were happy with our stay. They were even able to have the house stocked with all of our groceries and drinks the day of our arrival.If we are able to come back to vacation in beautiful Exuma (which I hope we do) we would absolutely stay at Jack’s Island House again!"
