「Amazing location fished and snorkled off the dock every day! fish, rays turtles and sharks all swiming past as sit looking out over the beautiful sea! Restaurants and groceries a short walk (but easier with a car). House had everything we needed and so much space. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to experience a bit of paradise! 「The house was everything we imagined. The water was stunning, however, (not that this has anything to do with the owners, property manager, etc.,) All I imagined for 7 months was sitting out on that beautiful deck and beach drinking my coffee or cocktail every day, but, because of the windy conditions and cold sprinkles of rain that was not the case for our entire 5 days at the house. 「What can I say, this place was AMAZING! The view is absolutely stunning and being literal steps away from your own private beach was the best!! The home itself was well equipped with everything you need plus more. I always appreciate all the extras like plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, extra blankets, bug spray, cooking basics like some seasonings, ketchup/mustard, etc. It was much appreciated especially since it’s Exuma and lugging all that stuff along would be a lot of extra work...

「Three Little Birds was an AMAZING house. The views of the flats were amazing and we enjoyed using the kayaks to visit the sand bar in front of the house. At low tide you could walk to the sandbar. Saw a few bonefish, crabs, small starfish. The insects and flies were issues in the afternoons but we brought baby oil and bug spray to ward them off. Josh, the main contact once on the island, was very responsive. We used a grocery and adult beverage delivery service; also enjoyed a few restaurants....

「Best of both worlds, the beach and the pool. Was nice to be able to walk or swim to Tiny's Hurricane Hole. The house was roomy and nice, only draw back was would have been nice to have AC in the main living area and kitchen. We were able to use a fan and force air from one of the bedrooms. The house is a duplex but no one was staying on the other side and there were no neighbors close by.I would recommend this house.」
