“Hotel staff was the friendliest we’ve ever encountered. Every staff member said hello no matter where you were in the hotel ; and they said it always with a smile. Plenty of games and recreational activities to do. Restaurants were very nice and food was outstanding. ”

“Truly everything was as described! Really appreciated the intimateness of this resort-it is also the prettiest place on the beach. So much so that we noticed non customers brazen enough to utilize its private beach lounges and also enter the fence and indulge in the pool & hot tub. Only once did the staff address this even though we witnessed it several times during our stay. The entire resort is beautifully groomed & very clean, comfortable and our suite was spacious. “This area is older and not been modernized yet, But.......with the new bridges, and more attractions coming I see it getting better. Therefore the motel was old and run down but not moreso than the surrounding area. Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. ”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”
