Beach front units are available to reserve online up to ten (10) months in advance, however you may call or contact us directly for a reservation up to twelve (12) months in advance.

Located on the Beautiful island of Longboat Key in Florida just off the coast of Sarasota, this condo (unit #405 on the 4th floor) comfortably sleeps up to 4 people in a very nice 1 bedroom with a set of twin wall beds in the living room.
Both the bedroom and living room have brand new flat screen televisions with cable. Linens are also provided for all the beds. This condo has a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen as well as all new furniture in the living room. The new kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes silverware, toaster, ice maker, etc. With a beautiful balcony overlooking the island, it is the perfect place to sit and watch the sunrise with family and friends. This amazing unit also has free Wi-Fi as well as free local calls. Some other amenities included by the management of the Beachcomber include a heated pool, onsite laundry, and beach equipment such as chairs and umbrellas.
Located across the street, a Publix supermarket, CVS drug store, bank, and other essential shops/services are well hidden but also conveniently placed for your use during your stay. There are also many wonderful local restaurants on the island just a short drive down the beautiful Gulf of Mexico Dr.
Longboat Key is known for its miles of beautiful beaches and quiet atmosphere. Only a few miles down the road from the unit is the amazing St. Armand Circle where there are plenty of great restaurants as well as amazing local places to shop, this condo is perfectly located for you to enjoy all that Longboat key has to offer.
Just a little further from St Armand, across the bay is downtown Sarasota that also offers many wonderful cultural and dining experiences. If traveling in the opposite direction of St. Armand, you will encounter many walking and biking trails as well as the breathtaking Anna Marie Island also just a few short miles from the unit. On Anna Marie, there are more public beaches as well as more dining and shopping opportunities. There are many golf courses as well as fishing and boating experiences all over (please search for them on the internet). The exemplary Mote Aquarium is also located close to the unit and is an amazing day trip especially if you have young children. Busch Gardens, Ringling Museum, Jungle Gardens, and many art galleries and antique shops are also only a short drive.
