RVA features a narrow footpath through the native scenery leads you to the private Gulf of Mexico beach at the Outrigger Resort. The Outrigger grounds offer coin-operated laundry facilities, BBQ areas, and direct beach access. Relax by the heated community pool, take a stroll along the romantic beaches, or enjoy a short drive to the world famous St. Armand's Circle. This one-bedroom, one-bath Gulf front unit offers beautiful decor and views. Relax on your private screened lanai and escape to paradise.

Everything was great; our only complaint was that the bedroom dressers were terrible, as the drawers were barely functional and constantly got stuck. This was not in keeping with the high quality of the other furniture in the unit and proved an annoyance throughout our stay.

The unit was exactly as depicted in pictures but the ease of beach access and uncrowded beach (with resort provided beach chairs) was a very pleasant surprise. We definitely hope to return for more stays here.

Fun Getaway

Longboat Key isa wonderful place to relax and enjoy good food and the beach. The only drawback is getting on and off the island, which can take an hour or more.

Beautiful Gulf Front just right for a couple

The property was great. Great location and great proximity to the beach and Gulf. It had all the necessities we needed. A couple of issues though. The dining room chairs were VERY uncomfortable. We put pillows on them which made it a bit more comfortable. We only got the exterior fan to work on 2 settings. We had to have someone come over to fix the A/C. Also, I had asked questions online before we arrived and no one ever answered. We also did not know where to pick up our keys when we first got there.

Exactly What We Were Looking For ---

Hello .. absolutely LOVED this condo unit! The outdoor furniture had been changed to a "high-top table" with a set of chairs - loved watching the sunset from the deck - even better, just about 50 yards to the beach for an even more beautiful sunset viewing! The furnishings were a perfect fit for the space. The only issue we had was being invaded by the "love bugs". The door had a crack of open space at the bottom, allowing the bugs to enter the unit. The beach and water were beautiful .. we saw many schools of fish, a manatee, and some dolphins playing. There was a "community" pool that we did not use, as we much preferred the beach. We had a very peaceful and enjoyable week in Outrigger Unit #8. Thank you!

Very nice little condo on LBK Gulf Beach

Very nice condo, just right for two people on the beach. Interior was recently redone, newer kitchen, paint and very clean. Second floor with nice screened porch facing the ocean. Only 10 or so units and for our week, very quiet and peaceful.

Peaceful and low key!

We were looking for a quiet and peaceful place to rest and relax. Outrigger #8 was that and more. Very comfortable, well equipped condo right on the gulf. Beautiful view. Sea birds and dolphins everyday! This unit had everything we needed with very helpful staff. We’re booking for next year!
