Full size custom kitchen and appliances with granite countertops and plenty of storage. Comes furnished with pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, silverware, glassware, coffee maker, toaster, blender. Pass-through to dining room with bar-top.

Generous-sized master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in closet, desk nook and sitting area with TV. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds and mattress topper to convert to king. Sleeper sofa in living room. Towels and linens provided.

Master ensuite bath has walk-in shower and double sinks. Guest bath has tub/shower and double sinks.

Cable TV, private wifi and utilities included.

Seaplace is a gated, vibrant, active community with lots of amenities, including 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, clubhouse, fitness room, 1/2 mile of gulf beach front, and a walking path around the property.
