Located on a superb pristine beach with next door shopping at Whitney Beach Plaza, this property offers this two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit located bayside with canal views and ideal for a relaxing getaway. Imagine spending your days lounging by the community pool, enjoying a game of tennis, or sipping margaritas under one of the property palm huts scattered throughout the private beach. Unit #142 offers comfortable furnishings with a cottage, beach flair. This unit also offers double views, a view of the beaches of Longboat Key in addition to a private screened lanai that overlooks the canal where local fish frolic in the Florida sunshine. Amenities include full-size kitchen, granite countertops in the bathrooms, and deeded beach access across the street. As if your Longboat Key vacation couldn't get more perfect, this vacation unit stores beach chairs and umbrellas for guest use while soaking in the warm sunshine; and with a short 3-minute walk to our legendary white-sand beaches you're never far from relaxation! A washer and dryer are also available to guests of Whitney Beach #142, conveniently located in the closet off the front porch. Peaceful beauty.

This property is quiet, peaceful and comfortable. It has all the comforts of home and surrounded by a beautiful and natural habitat. So close to the beach and sunsets and also to the peacefulness of the river. it's a wonderful getaway.
